In Gorsuch’s opinion, full citizenship and privileges should be conferred onto all residents on American territory, which would expand birthright citizenship. For instance, those born in American Samoa do not currently receive this benefit, but under the Gorsuch doctrine, they would, even though they do not pay federal income taxes. Gorsuch feels this is necessary to correct the supposedly racist actions of America’s past. Racism is the only reason America would deny these privileges to the territories, according to Gorsuch. Activists have already filed cases to test this opinion and fundamentally change American law.

The Federalist Society should really be labeled the Shills for Crony Capitalism Society. They recommend justices not because they are conservative, but because they advance the interests of big business, e.g. see Kelo Decision.
In the "good old days" big business was generally conservative, so big business supremes was OK. But now that big business is woke, big business supremes is bad.
Everything will be done to make it easy for labor to cross borders at will and enjoy all the benefits of citizenry.
At some point we will no longer be referred to as citizens, but consumers.

Americans need to pass a law that you are not an American unless you actually pay taxes. Not just file for a “refund” of taxes you never paid. Well, since anyone who does any work in the US is required to file a tax return, even if they were not legally allowed to work in the US, then any illegal immigrant who got picked up at the Home Depot parking lot for a day’s labor could file a tax return and become a citizen. I think you might want to think that through a little more.

Not really. If people were paying even the slihtest bit of attention, it was obviiys. Plus he was an Anthony Kennedy guy. He was on the Supreme Court more than a year with Anthony Kennedy, and he was significantly to the left of Kennedy.
Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were Anthony Kennedy. Anyone who thought that they would be remotely conservative is just being wilfully ignorant. There was never any evidence that these judges were conservative.

No, it wasn't Trojan horse. The Trojan horse pretended to be a gift. Gorsuch never pretended to be a conservative. He was a Kennedy clerk from a lefty church. We got exactly what the evidence showed with Gorsuch.
