Any effective lawyer in a case like this where the government has been caught being the crime itself will end a legal career. Kiddie porn on his laptop. Drugs in his garage . Harassment of spouses, neighbors, friends, and business associates.

On January 6, 2021, American citizens entered the "People's House," the US Capitol in Washington, DC. Many entered as curious tourists, others as upset and angry, but peaceful observers of this "Temple of the Republic." And, yes, there were agents provacateur, Antif, BLM, multiple undercover govenment agents from multiple government agencies there along with many Capitol police officers.

Meantime in "the sacred halls" of Congress, elected representatives who were well aware that the 2020 Presidential election had been obviously, blatantly and totally stolen with assistance provided by America's enmeies were willing participants in the overthrow of a lawfully elected Constitutional American government.

Who are the enemies of democracy? Who are the enemies of the Constitution? Who are the enemies of freedom and the Republic?

Who are the seditious traitors?

Well said. Now you know it’s why they need to erase the second amendment. Lying becomes exhausting in sustaining the lie. It’s very expensive too. One could argue most if what agencies spend is on sustainability of its lies and controlling politicians and the media in doing so. I don’t think our FBI even has any resources that aren’t committed to the body politic. Real crime is so 1980’s. It’s bad for workplace morale too. The brass ring is domestic surveillance of the enemies of the Beltway bureaucrats.

Early last year I thought the plight of the J6 political prisoners was perfect litigation for Jay Sekulow’s ACLJ.

I still think so and do not understand why Sekulow doesn’t pick this low hanging fruit.

If the Democrats and the anti-Trump Republicans really thought there had been an honest election in 2020, they would have created a blue-ribbon bipartisan commission to investigate all the states where sufficient cheating was alleged that would have flipped that state's electoral vote. It would have been the patriotic thing to do when half the country thought that the election was stolen.

Instead all they have done is to repeat constantly that it was an honest election and that anyone who doubts it (especially Trump) is guilty of "the big lie." Projection, as usual.

If the Republicans regain the House in the next election they could set up such an investigation but I suspect enough of them are more interested in preventing Trump from winning the 2024 election.
