'The findings would be completely suppressed and will not be admitted into any further investigations while the GOP would be in power,' the left-wing legislator said.

This is what happens when the weakest/least intelligent among us are not only invited to join our institutions (schools, professions, government, etc.), but then our institutions reduce their standards of excellence so that those "weakest/least" can succeed.
When the standards of excellence of any institution are reduced to the lowest common denominator, that institution is doomed to failure.
When an entire culture reduces its standards of excellence to such lowest common denominator...well, you get the picture.
To the extent that such a phenomenon involves racism at all (and it does), it's the racism of low expectations by the Left.
I think there is a whole host of issues Biden should be impeached for.

This all started when non-taxpayers were given the right to vote; even the Jim Crow poll tax was to ensure the people voting contributed SOMETHING before deciding how to spend others’ contributions.
The Founding Fathers knew this would never work; NJ from the very beginning allowed free blacks and women to vote if they owned property (the only taxpayers of the day) - and it was a slave state at the time.
