In their petition to the Supreme Court, the McCloskeys argued that their Second Amendment rights were being violated, and noted the pardon and the fact that their actions had been praised by Trump. The couple were denied cert — meaning that fewer than four justices wanted to hear the case — despite a six-to-three conservative majority on the court, which includes three justices appointed by Trump.

Article: Mark McCloskey had attempted to take a pro bono position advising the right-wing media group Project Veritas to fulfill the 100-hour requirement of the probation, but the state Supreme Court denied the request, saying it was not an “approved legal assistance organization.”

“But SPLC is? Let’s go Roberts!”

I am guessing all 601(o) legal service groups are left-wing?

> their palatial suburban home <

I just love how the mainstream media subtly inserts propaganda into everything they write. It’s very important to know that the McCloskeys had a “palatial” home. Because none of this would have happened if they had lived in an average home.

I demand common sense palatial home control, now!

(Don’t worry, Clintons, Obamas, etc. Your mansions will, of course, be exempt from all regulations.)

This doesn’t surprise me. SCOTUS takes very few cases relative to the number filed, and this one doesn’t really have a clear issue for adjudication that would make it worthwhile. Too fact-specific.

I guess Biden lives in a beach shack. How many homes do the McCloskey’s own? How about lunch bucket Joe?

Sometimes your enemy gives you the answer to a problem.

Sell your house, move to Florida, take the state bar, And make a living off of libel and defamation cases from liberals.

It’s very obvious that “racial justice protesters” are allowed to commit crimes and not be prosecuted. Notice how Whites who refuse to submit are called racist, supremacist, and bigoted, and are put down.

And weren’t these “racial justice protesters” on their way to intimidate a judge or prosecutor.

They effectively lost any grounds to fight the charges when they plead guilty.

Never ever plead guilty when you are innocent.
