I wonder what law she broke that they can charge her with. Clear violation of Section 1209 subsection b "No person(s) shall make law enforcement look bad nor talk to the media to portray them as the donut eating spineless revenue collectors they are."

She did not break one that exists.
They will have to make up a new one for her case.
That will cost a lot of time and money.
She will be held financially liable for that effort, at Govt and Lawyer rates.
