Asset management is about the fiduciary responsibility to the investors many of whom are Democrat union pension holders. You hire the best people possible to do the job.
If the Democrats want diversity hires then they can start with the union pension funds and insist they hire vaginas, fags, perverts, illegal aliens, convicted felons, and H1B visa holders from India and China.
Then don’t cry when the pension funds are embezzled and broke.

Businesses exist to generate wealth, not make people feel good about their identity group.
