Peter Navarro was discovered by Jared Kushner. Kushner was in a bookstore and saw Navarro’s anti-free trade book. He then contacted Navarro, who was a professor at some California State college. The rest is history.

If I recall correctly, Judge Greer from the Terri Schiavo case was issued a subpoena to testify before Congress, and he threw the subpoena in the trash. Never went and nothing happened to him.
So I guess, like always, it depends which side of the aisle you’re on.
But what judge will take this case and litigate it after Navarro is arrested?
First he’s “being processed,” doing the preliminary pretrial stuff before a magistrate. He’ll be free to go on his own recognizance. At some point the case will be assigned to a trial judge. It’s up to the court to pick that judge. They lie and say the assignment is random, but it’s not random in these political cases. It’ll be assigned to an Obama judge.
Prosecutor Matthew Graves lead the grand jury. The charge is a misdemeanor.

The court will generally follow what the prosecutor asks. He’ll surrender his passport is about all. Have to ask court permission to leave the country. He won’t be muzzled.
Technically, he could be held without bail. All the government has to do is ask for that, and it would get it. However the issue here is executive privilege, and traditionally these sorts of cases against the gilded class don’t involve incarceration.
Don’t bet, it is too dangerous.
Especially don’t bet against where the world is headed.
Anyone who bets against the uniparty deep state thug totalitarian’s, who are in control of all three branches of US government,and who are formally in control of the elections process and outcome, in ABSOLUTE control of the DOJ (since Bill Clinton), the DOD, the nukes, ultimately the police, and ultimately in control of 90% percent of information, will learn they made a bad bet.
