Most Americans believe children should not be able to choose their own “preferred pronoun” that does not align with their biological sex, according to new polling.
A late May Harvard-Harris poll found that 59 percent of Americans believe children should be called the pronoun that aligns with their biological sex, and 60 percent believe preferred pronouns are an “excessive measure that does more to confuse kids about their sex.”
Conversely, 41 percent of Americans believe “kids should be able to pick their pronouns” and 40 percent believe calling children by those pronouns “prevents discrimination.”
The only three demographic groups that maintain a majority for thinking children should be called by preferred pronouns are Democrats (61 percent), 18- to 34-year-olds (56 percent), and those living in an urban area (53 percent).

Kids should no more be allowed to “choose their pronouns” than they should be allowed to choose cake and candy at every meal. What a foolish, frivolous, feminized nation we’ve become.

There are three genders: male, female, and neuter.
Perhaps we can put an end to this pronoun perversion by referring to people like Lia Thomas as it.
For kids I’d just use normal pronouns regardless of what they might want.For adults I’d use normal pronouns fitting their biological sex or “it” and “that”.
And of the majority of Democrats who say they support this, how many do so because, to be a good Democrat, you are supposed to support all this LGBT business, including hormones for children, surgeries on children etc??
How many support this because to be opposed would brand you as a Neanderthal bigot who hates LGBT peoples????

I have no problem with them choosing a preferred pronoun. But they should not expect me to play along.
Exactly. Didn’t take them long to get their baseline 40%.

I'll will carry this one step further, those that have a problem with my discrimination I will discriminate against and exclude from my life. They serve no worthy purpose. They are the problem.

Most Americans don’t even know what a pronoun is.
It does not matter what "most" Americans think. About, anything. The country has already been stolen and we did nothing.
That’s my beef....I don’t have to do what you tell me. The concept is absurd.
But how else are children going to get both the attention and the electrolytes they crave?

I don’t believe that for one second. That 41% is made up of Democrats, city people, and people 18-34 — in other words, people very unlikely to have kids.
So you’ve got people without kids (and probably not likely to ever have kids) saying that know best what is right for other peoples’ children. In other words, perfect Democrats who know exactly how you should live your life.
