Whether true or not, the left has decided that black people are as easy to play as Donald Trump. While frantically replacing African Americans with immigrants, they announce: "Replacement" is a white supremacy theory! Pay no attention to the Latino immigrants doing construction and Indian immigrants getting all the "diversity" jobs.
Employers in need of cheap labor lost slavery, Jim Crow and, finally, with the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the ability to legally discriminate against African Americans. Long time ago, I run across the only white supremacist I have ever met.
He was of a German descent, but born and raised in South America.
He (legally) immigrated to the US and started a company.
He then became very rich as he virtually swept all the minority set aside jobs in the area.
In Los Angeles, blacks have been cleansed out of the Watts/South Central area and Compton as well.
Both areas were once majority black.
Now?
Watts: Hispanics: 61.6% Blacks: 37.1%
Compton: (as of 2020): Hispanics: 70.81% Black: 25.43%
We need to be careful using the word “Replacement”, instead use Displacement. They don’t want to replace people, they just want to crowd more people in at a time when many jobs will soon be no longer in existence. Already many jobs are all LBG’s that is LittleBrownGuys in construction. I made a fine living doing drywall when I was in my 20’s. Moved onto a painting contractor business from it. The trade was nearly 100% white workers, with a few black fellows. The same with concrete work. One family of brothers dominated the concrete finishing scene in our County. They were THE BEST, and thrived for years. They couldn’t keep up with the competition. Forgot to say they were A-A, though they never mentioned it. They just were THE GUYS.
