Deshaun Watson facing new sexual misconduct lawsuit, bringing total to 23
New York Post ^ | May 31, 2022 | Brian Wacker

According to the report, the plaintiff changed her mind about filing the civil suit after watching the HBO “Real Sports” segment in which two of Watson’s accusers, Ashley Solis and Kyla Hayes, came forward and spoke with Soledad O’Brien about the alleged incidents. The two massage therapists talked about their alleged experiences with Watson in detail, with Solis saying Watson deliberately grabbed himself and “put his penis on my hand,” while Hayes said Watson kept intentionally touching her with his penis as she was trying to massage him.

Meanwhile, Watson, who won’t face criminal charges after a grand jury in Houston didn’t find enough evidence to charge him on the nine counts he faced, continues to await word on what discipline — if any — he’ll receive from the NFL in the wake of the pending civil cases.

Just another spoiled brat that can’t keep his penis in his pants. Guys like him are actually the norm in the NFL, not the exception.

Thank u

He was very accessible and gentlemanly here same as Eddie George

McNair was a country raised Mississippi black lad

Freepers with limited black experience don’t understand what that often means

In the Mississippi delta say Rosedale or Rolling Fork

I can stop my car and go into a service station for fried chicken sure to be excellent or catfish filets and homemade cobblers

Walk thru 1-200 blacks millimg about drinking or playing bones or dice

Everyone is usually cordial and I’m not harassed even if I’m the only white man in a square mile or two

Try that in cities north or south

Would be extremely risky

I’m a Rams fan and always admired both McNair and Eddie George. Good tough players.

Rush Limbaugh got into trouble because he thought Donovan McNab was overrated. He also had good things to say about McNair as a football player, showing that Rush didn’t have anything against black QBs or running QBs. One, there was some truth to what he was saying about McNab. Two, a Pittsburgh Steelers fan is constitutionally incapable of saying anything nice about an Eagle (or Raider).

If he wins games this fall, nobody in Cleveland will care.

He just signed a $230 million guaranteed contract. I still say $22 million (now $23 million) makes this all go away. ($1 million for each plantiff with a non-disclosure clause.) I would not be surprised if the league tells Watson eventually he can choose to fight this in court and get a year’s suspension without pay or get all these cases settled and serve a 4-6 game suspension. His choice but the NFL will go easier if all the suits are settled by September 1st. He would be shortsighted to keep fighting this.

Deshaun Watson is likely not a nice guy, but just how does a guy force his penis into a woman’s hand?

Why would a player with this kind of an apparent problem get SO MUCH guaranteed money? If he gets suspended or ends up in prison would he still get all that money?

But I agree, a million dollars a suit probably clears all this up.

The massage therapist’s need to carry a straight razor in their hiding spot. One snick and the problem is solved. You can bet the other massage recipients will behave.

I think you are missing some of the points. They offered him so much guaranteed money, because he had already nixed them and decided to go to one of the other teams. They had to make a better offer to bring him back to the table.

The most interesting facet of this deal is that only $1 million of the $233 million is for the first year. That was obviously because both sides expected him to be suspended for all or part of the first year. So Cleveland was reducing the punishment to less than half a percent of the overall deal.

I'm sorry, but based on other punishment's and other league's punishment. He should get at least a 2 year suspension. For example, Ezekiel Elliot got six or seven games, even though he was not charged and the NFL's own female investigator said he was innocent. Also, in MLB they suspended Trevor Bauer for two years, for much less than Deshaun Watson.
