Reading the comments here and at other conservative sites, I just come away with we are all talk. All we do is talk about what should be done. I wouldh't give up so quickly. The not guilty verdict is not a surprise given the DC jurisdiction and its jury pool, but that’s not the big story. This “losing” case has destroyed the attorney-client privilege that the big fish were counting on to defend themselves. That strategic victory outweighs any conviction of Sussman, as the evidence is on the record and the attorneys’ records are in the prosecutors’ hands. The Special Counsel, Durham can try a case in any federal district - and Durham’s next trial is coming up in Virginia.
When the GOP and Trump get in control, one of the main agenda items will be to legislate all D.C. juries out of existence. D.C. should have no juries of its own, anyway. All D.C. trials should be moved somewhere. Not sure how to do this so as to not violate a “jury of your peers,” because outside of D.C., Kollyfornia, and NY, there are no peers for these scum.
