A woman was reportedly assaulted on a New York City subway while bystanders appeared to avoid the situation.
In a video clip, a person wearing a white hoodie and black leggings was seen walking through the train and speaking to no one in particular, Fox News reported Friday.
When riders moved away, the individual appeared to grab onto a woman’s hair and pull her down into the seat as other riders watched the scene unfold.

Just another reason why NY gun control laws fail the people. The cops almost always show up AFTER a crime. People have the right to protect themselves. The government has the power to protect that right. NY is a prime example of where government doesn’t protect the rights of people and the results are seen every day.
Before I even read this or see the pics, let me guess: Another white supremacist?
HEY, THEY were busy filming. Get off their backs. Dems have taught us NOT to care about others.
RIGHT. HE was AMISH.
Public transportation? This is what the disciples of deceit in D.C. have in mind for everyone. Get on the cattle cars...
No, the law has taught us not to care for others. Many times people have found themselves on the wrong side of the law when their intention was only to do a good deed.
That looks like the J train which runs to Brooklyn. Without hesitating I would have kicked that scumbags teeth out although I would have risked being tagged as a white supremacist by the democrap communist propaganda media that would portray the thug as an innocent child. Naturally he would then sue me and I would be in the hole for $72 million like Bernard Goetz is to his attackers.
If they had attacked him and put their knee on his neck, they could be sent to jail for life. You can thank liberals for the current state of things.
one thing i thought of- the dude was acting really strange, and grabbed her by the hair- and could have had a knife to her- and folks didn’t want her gettign stabbed if they tried
Jailed for life?
That’s absurd

Wonder who the lady voted for?
The poor girl hit the floor with a scream and the a$$hole continued to beat her. The big lump of a security guard wasn't doing anything so I reached down put the punk in a head lock and yelled at him to stop. At that moment more nurses and security people came into the unit and took control of the situation. Everyone from the charge nurse(the boss of the unit), the security guys and the director of hospital security (who is the former chief of police in the town) thanked me. Hell, I was just doing what my dad taught me and my four brothers to do which was be protective of my two kid sisters and women in general. This younger generation, pffft, pansies for the most part. Too damn busy staring into their ''smart phones''.
My instinct would take over. A man was hitting his gf outside my door on the sidewalk. I didn’t whip out a phone. I confronted him

It’s possible he had a knife, maybe a small gun stashed in his clothing somewhere. Even if he didn’t, I would not have intervened .....immediately.
One must judge each situation on its own. Pulling a gun and shooting him for this level of transgression, while satisfying, would probably end you up in jail for a long stretch.
Now had he escalated a bit more that would probably be a different story.
I got off a city bus once at a fairly remote bus station late at night. There was a group of three 20 somethings who had been rowdy on the bus, 2 guys and a girl, and were disrespecting the driver, a woman,(who had gotten off the bus with all of us as she had some layover time apparently).
The three hooligans continued their disrespectful and kind of aggressive mouthing off to the driver and weren’t leaving the area. The ride was done, they were at their destination and they had no legal right to be loitering on the platform at that point.
I had a bike to remove from the carrier on the bus. I took it off and wheeled myself about 25 feet away from them and just stood there looking at them. Real casual like, just looking straight at the group. I was not armed. They did not know that. I was about 57 at the time. Not in bad shape. It was just us four.
Every now and then, during this 3-4 minute incident, I could see a couple of the hooligans give me a side eye. At one point, early on, I believe I told the driver: “Hey driver, thanks for the good ride” and just kept standing there. She knew I was there.
It was obvious to all that I would not be leaving before the hooligans. At about the 4-minute mark they decided that they would be better off leaving which they did. As they left, I think I reached down and kinda fiddled with my bike for a bit until they were all gone for good. Then I rode away.
The end.
What is wrong with people today?
The PC and woke groomed are cowards not even useful to self.
We as a society have been told we are not the police and we are not to step up. Have you noticed that most states have had to enact “good Samaritan laws” which allow those trained in first aid to render emergency assistance, just so they are not legally liable for any injuries?
If someone falls over with a heart attack and you gave them proper CPR, you would likely break some of their chest bones. If you apply a tourniquet to a bleeding leg wound the person's life may be saved, but they may loose a leg. The reason for the laws is that people who could help were too afraid to help.
Have you noticed that when stores are robbed at gun point and a clerk disarms or holds the thief until the police arrive, the owner of the store will often immediately fire that clerk? It is because of the liability of what could happen to the store owner if the clerk were injured.
We are in a litigation prone society where everyone seems to be looking at any kind of injury as a lottery ticket in a high stakes lawsuit. That includes criminals. I notice several city lawsuit settlements a year, where someone who was clearly a criminal is injured and gets a huge 6 figure or larger settlement just so the city insurance company limits its damages.
We as a society have been taught not to be self reliant and take care of ourselves. We have been taught to depend on government and the police to protect us. We have then as a society decided to reduce police budgets, increase response times, and implement gun control so we are even less able to defend ourselves.
