I saw on the news yesterday that the shooter got in thru a door that a teacher propped open when she went outside to make a phone call and didn’t close it back. Apparently, that teacher didn’t think to go and check that door while the shooter was busy shooting OUTSIDE the school for 12 full minutes.
It is called "know your enemy" and those who strive to avoid that are a particular problem.
Everything progressive, insane, communist libs touch, they destroy....EVERYTHING. That includes public education.
Society needs to rid itself of the insane IF it wants to survive. There is NO co-existing with these radical morons.
When Robb Elementary needed Door Control, a teacher stepped up to prop it open, allowing the mass murderer to walk right in. Physician, first do no harm.
It started when Leftist parents sent their spawn to college to avoid the draft, and they took over the campuses. With the approval and support of LBJ.
Some students believe it is their God given duty in life to drive their teachers over the edge.
Part of that is that it puts bodies into the college classroom and money in their coffers. Also, it gives them an opportunity to pump liberalism into young minds full of mush.
Years ago, my mom took a job at a nursery school being run by family friends for some extra cash and something to do once her own kids were off to school. The school was a side venture of the wife of a local farmer, they also ran a summer day camp.
My mom loved working with kids, and she loved that job.
But it seems that all good things must eventually come to an end. The state (NJ in this case) decided that she couldn't continue unless she took some "education" classes. She refused, and had to quit the job.
My mom had a BA in mathematics, and an MS in botany. But that wasn't good enough for the bureaucrats in Trenton.

It is a violation of the child and parent’s First Amendment Right to free assembly.
Teachers are only as good as the worst they will tolerate from their colleagues.
The so-called “good” teachers are willing to tolerate a lot of filth.
Personally.....I shun all of them. They are too evil, too stupid, or too much of a Useful Idiot to be a friend.

Yes I pulled my teens from public school in 2020—one to private, one to homeschooling. Public school shootings are just one more reason (of many!) to withdraw from public school. Of course, private schools could be a target as well, but the Christian boys who tend to enroll in them (so far) don’t seem to be school shooters.
We need to create towns/communities with no ISDs at all. Would attract homeschoolers, private schoolers and retirees. I think that would be a wonderful mix of people that might be really like minded, save the money wasted on public school sytems etc.

The proximate cause of this is going to fall on the negligence of teachers.
Open doors.
You can have all the police and equipment in the world but you’ll still have tragedies if people don’t follow the safety rules.
