Apparently there was a discord (closed chat server) with a fellow named Armand with the Buffalo shooter. There was talk of a 'pledge' and when the Buffalo shooter said he didn't want to do it and was contemplating suicide, Armand told him to stick to the plan. Apparently the livestreaming was for Armand. If this is a former fed agent, all hell is going to break loose.
