3. School dropout

He didn’t have a drivers license. What did he use for ID to buy the guns? You have to show residency to do the NICS check so how did he do that?

The shooter a cross dressing freak and bully goes around town shooting people with a BB gun from a car in town, frightens his female workers at the burger joint, runs to live with Grandma (not his grand parents?) because drug addict mother turns off WiFi and all shooter does is play violent video games and fails to graduate from high school. For all we know the only family member that is not a convicted felon is the grandmother he shoots first after confronting him for not graduating from high school.
