One would assume. So, why is law enforcement so unwilling to look into this further? That's what you have to ask yourself. If they can show the phone traveling to certain spots, and have video of someone in possession of that phone stuffing multiple ballots into ballot boxes, why are they so disinterested? Because they do not care about election integrity, they are lazy, or they do not have the money, are the logical conclusions, and it may be one or more of those combined.
The filmmakers could ID these people, right? They have the phone location data - and if you know someone's address, you can ID them with a quick Internet search. Why haven't they?
