He’s been falling past 36% for the last 9 months.So it isn't just me. I could have swore I saw reports that he polling at 33% (the lowest of his dictatorship) over a month ago.

You presumably don’t live in a blue state if you think it is down to 10%; but yes, this is a Reuters/globalist poll and it is presumably below 36%.
