Brad Raffensperger wins Ga. GOP primary for secretary of state

BUFORD, Ga. — Incumbent Brad Raffensperger held off a challenge from his Donald Trump-backed opponent, Rep. Jody Hice, R-Ga., in Georgia’s Republican secretary of state primary on Tuesday, NBC News projects.

With 98 of precincts reporting, Raffensperger had 51.9 percent of the vote, while Hice had 33.8 percent. Two other lesser-known candidates — former Alpharetta Mayor David Belle Isle and former Judge T.J. Hudson — both received support in the single digits.

Because Raffensperger received more than 50 percent of the vote, he was able to avoid a runoff against Hice, which is required under Georgia state law if no candidate wins an outright majority of the vote.

The solution is to vote for the Democrat so that the party "elite" realize we will not tolerate backstabbers.

Better an enemy than a traitor.

Open primaries are stupid.

I’m extremely disappointed both Kemp and Raffensperger seem to have won. I can’t say that they’ll head into November without the MAGA conservative coalition, but I can say they will be saddled with a de-energized MAGA conservative coalition. I know, I’m one of them.

Open primary?

Instant solution.

The Georgia GOP can fund its own primary or nominating convention.

Our money? Our rules.

State money? Government rules.

I can say they will be saddled with a de-energized MAGA conservative coalition.

Well, the MAGA coalition had better grow up and figure out how to re-energize themselves real quick because if they sit at home and Stacy Abrams waddles into the governor's mansion, they'll be complicit.

That woman will absolutely destroy Georgia. She will be a total disaster.

MAGA is under no obligation to help establishment GOP candidates. GA deserves to be ruled by the Hippo. F GA.

Georgia has RCV-enabled voting machines.

Nuff said.

Regardless of what happens in Nov. The people of GA will have the government they want and deserve.

Georgia urban areas have been flooded with Yankees and West Coast Liberals in and around Atlanta which over powers the Rural votes.

Do you honestly believe that the fraud machine in GA. is going to let Kemp and Ratburger to win in the general!! Those two will NEVER win the general they will both reap what they have sown!!

So then it's a free vote to vote third party against the RINOs. The truth is that the Dems can't win without the RINOs turning a blind eye to the massive voter fraud.

How did the Republican win the General election for the GA Supreme Court by nearly the same margin that Kemp won if that was the case? Did all those Democrats vote for the Republican in the general election race too?

https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/GA/113667/web.285569/#/summary?category=C_2&subcategory=C_2_9

How did the Republican appointed Colvin beat the Democrat Brinson in a walk in the Supreme Court race?

Wouldn’t those Democrats have also voted for the Democrat in that race too?

In some of the election fraud analysis from 2020 I have seen where it seems they could have voted the whole ticket but didn't. For instance a huge amount of votes for President only.

Also, I remember working the polls and a young guy came in "I'm supposed to vote for this one lady but I don't remember her name. Can you help?" Maybe an email went to out to vote Raffensburger but that's it.
