A new feed from the KABB TV helicopter is showing an ‘assault rifle’ laying on the concrete in the ditch next to the shooter’s crashed truck. It wasn’t there in the earlier feeds. I wonder how it got there. And why.

You know it’s likely a AR style he was carrying and not a marlin tube feed 22 rifle.
