This is stupid. If you want to take your prescriptions, you take them. They want to ensure compliance so they can deny you treatment if you miss too many doses.

What power is emitted?
Are there any known biological effects from this level of power, emitted at these frequencies?
How long is the signal emitted per pill?
What is the power *source* for the emitter?
When the pill dissolves, is there any chance the emitter remains in the body?
If not, how long until the emitter is cleared, presumably through elimination?
If the transmitters are eliminated, are they destroyed by municipal water treatment facilities? Is there any chance they get ingested by wildlife and send false signals?
If not through elimination, do any trace elements from the emitter remain in the body?
How sensitive are the detectors? How close to a patient’s house do the detectors have to be?
Do the detectors allow precise detection of the patient’s location? Are there any privacy implications?
Are there issues with interference between signals if more than one patient in a housenhold or public place, is taking these pills?
How is expiration handled? Might pills whose medicine is past-date be harvested for the transmitters, which could be surreptitiously planted in others’ food, to allow tracking them?
IF it is a biological chip (the term is quite vague), is there any danger that it might be incorporated genetically, either genetically or physically?

It is even worse than that. Assume that there are 6 such vaccine requirements (A, B, C, D, E, F). Each chip is broadcasting a manufacture lot number and an individual vial or dose number. This would give a unique identifier for each individual based on these numbers. That would allow tracking of individual MOVEMENT.
Depending on how strong the signal is and how it is tracked, you could identify each and every individual’s location within say a 10 foot radius.
