” Lovely pasture-raised eggs at an extraordinarily good price.”

I have no idea what ‘pasture-raised’ eggs are, do you?

Chickens don’t lay eggs in a pasture.

Free range chickens....not confined to a coop or pen.

Cage-free or free-range eggs are neither. Farmers can use these terms as technicalities to market to consumers. These best eggs are pasture raised. They are allowed outside to graze bugs, grubs, seeds, etc…

Yes they do - our next-door neighbors have chickens which come into our pasture and lay their eggs. Don't know if any chicks hatch (never see the hens sitting on them) but we find the eggs ¾ all over.

They have henhouses too. But they eat nice tasty bugs and worms in little mobile pens. It’s said to produce healthier chickens. And eggs. I buy pasture-raised chicken too. Really yummy and well priced in all the local stores. Trader Joe has the best deal in my town.

Look up this video: “Everything You Need To Know About Eggs - Cage Free, Free Range, Pasture Raised, and More’

I take a handful of supplements daily and have for 40 years. Must be doing something right—I’m 85 and have zero health problems except a stupid doctor wrecked my cornea and am almost blind in one eye. Waiting for a corneal transplant so I can drive on freeway again.

I see chickens out in Amish pastures here. Green grass, bugs to eat, sun.

I think their chickens go into a large portable chicken house they move to new fields.

You can buy eggs, leaving a couple bucks in a box.

That’s where they feed, instead of in a warehouse where they never move and are fed manufactured food. In some places they’re called free-range or cage-free chickens.

No, but the farm hires high school students over summer to pull all the eggs out of the coop as they're laid, then store them in the pasture until they're ready to be shipped to market. Provides jobs for HS kids, and gets you fancy labeling for double-pricing!
