The challenge the Democrats have this coming November does not come from the Republicans, but from their biggest enemy, common sense. During good times, the public has a tendency to abandon it by forgetting the past and vote them into office. But, during bad times, like we are coming into brought on by their momentary lapse in judgement, they bitterly cling to it and unload their mistake...until the next time they are feeling secure enough to abandon it again.

“If an administration deliberately wished to cause havoc on the border, to ensure fuel was nearly unaffordable, to create a crime wave, to spark 1970s hyperinflation, and to rekindle racial tensions, what would it have done differently than what President Joe Biden has done? “

I have been asking this question about Government for years.
The Federal Government is only allowed to do 17 things as mandated by the Constitution.
All else is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Brandon’s plan is to consolidate power over a broken America. We need to stop attributing it to incompetence or senility. A retarded chimp couldn’t do the harm he has a inflicted.

None of this is by chance. None of it.

There is a maxim called Hanlon's Razor which states: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

I have always thought that was a sound maxim to keep in mind. But it must be employed and weighed carefully when using in context with Democrats (and The Republicans who assist them) and the well-being of America.

BARACK OBAMA (2008 INTERVIEW):
"Well, I think that we have been slow to move in a better direction when it comes to energy usage. And the president, frankly, hasn’t had an energy policy. And as a consequence, we’ve been consuming energy as if it’s infinite. We now know that our demand is badly outstripping supply with China and India growing as rapidly as they are. If somebody wants to build a coal-fired power plant, they can. It’s just that it will bankrupt them...under my plan … electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket...I think that I would have preferred a gradual adjustment. The fact that this is such a shock to American pocketbooks is not a good thing. But if we take some steps right now to help people make the adjustment, first of all by putting more money into their pockets, but also by encouraging the market to adapt to these new circumstances more quickly, particularly US automakers, then I think ultimately, we can come out of this stronger and have a more efficient energy policy than we do right now..."

OBAMA ENERGY SECRETARY STEVEN CHU (SEPTEMBER 2008 INTERVIEW):
"Somehow, we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe..."

Alone, those would be pretty damning, being their own words to describe exactly their end goal, but that is all just harmless rhetoric, right?

Sure. Just rhetoric.

But if you take a look at what they are actively RIGHT NOW trying to do, even in this time where gasoline prices are certain to destroy our economy based on actions by the Left that include Biden cancelling the Keystone Pipeline on his first day in office and last week, cancelling all sales of leases for oil and gas in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico.

Here is what Democrats are ACTIVELY pursing RIGHT NOW with catastrophe staring us in the face due to high energy costs:

LINK: If Democrats have their way, gas prices will surge even higher

  1. Windfalls Profit Tax: $450 billion tax increase

  2. Home Heating Tax: $8 billion tax increase

  3. Energy Tax on Crude Oil: $13 billion tax increase

  4. Repeal expensing of intangible drilling costs (IDCs): $10.5 billion tax increase

  5. Modify foreign oil and gas extraction income and foreign oil related income rules: $84.8 billion tax increase

  6. Repeal enhanced oil recovery credit: $7.8 billion tax increase

  7. Repeal credit for oil and natural gas produced from marginal wells: $516 million tax increase

  8. Repeal capital gains tax treatment for royalties: $455 million tax increase

  9. Repeal exception to passive loss limitations provided to working interests in oil and natural gas properties (Biden’s budget proposal): $86 million tax increase

  10. Repeal percentage depletion with respect to oil and natural gas wells: $9.2 billion tax increase

  11. Increase geological and geophysical amortization period for independent producers: $2 billion tax increase

  12. Repeal expensing of exploration and development costs: $911 million tax increase

  13. Repeal percentage depletion for hard mineral fossil fuels: $1.3 billion tax increase

  14. Repeal the exemption from the corporate income tax for fossil fuel publicly traded partnerships: $1 billion tax increase

  15. Repeal the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund (OSTLF) excise tax exemption for crude oil derived from bitumen and kerogen-rich rock: $395 million tax increase

  16. Reinstate Superfund excise taxes: $25 billion tax increase

  17. Modify Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund financing: $513 million tax increase

Does this seem like incompetence to anyone? Anyone? If you were trying to drive up the cost of energy, whould you do ANYTHING differently than these items, all being pushed by Democrats?

We have to find a way to make voters understand this is not nature, it is not accident, it is not happenstance, it is not Putin, it is not any kind of natural disaster, it is not the Greed of Big Oil.

"Hanlon's Razor" should be changed to read, when considering the actions of Democrats and the well-being of America: "Never attribute to incompetence that which is adequately explained by malice."

IT IS THE DELIBERATE AND FOCUSED ACTIONS OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY THAT IS CHOKING ALL OF US AND WILL DESTROY OUR ECONOMY, OUR LIVELIHOODS, AND OUR COUNTRY.
