On the eve of the 2016 presidential election, former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann sought to create an "October surprise" by feeding the FBI a bogus story claiming Donald Trump was secretly communicating with the Kremlin through a Russian bank, prosecutors charged in opening statements in Sussman's trial in federal court.
Sussman – who was indicted in special counsel John Durham's probe of the Obama investigation of now-debunked Trump-Russia collusion – is charged with falsely claiming he was operating merely as a private citizen rather than a campaign operative when he gave the information to the FBI.

And then they let the Trump administration go tyhrough 4 years of Hell and beyond. The most vicious political dirty trick of all time that destroyed countless lives and reputations. Moreover, it poisoned our relationship with Russia.
To paraphrase the aide to Soviet Premier Kissoff in the Dr.Strangelove movie, Hillary just loves surprises.
The Dems considered all the destruction done as acceptable collateral damage.

He wasn’t alone in the scam. I highly doubt Sussmann would have done any such thing on his own, without clearing it first with her heinous. Not if he wanted to live.
I don’t have much confidence that this all Dem jury will bring back a conviction.
Much more than a game. We are talking about life and death and national security. Treasonous comes to mind.

The hoax was a method of deflection against the Hillary’s hard-drive scandal. The Clinton Foundation was involved in pay-to-play shenanigans. They wanted Trump so involved in defending himself he had no time to look into the Clinton crimes . . . in my humble opinion.
Any reason Sussmann is not getting the Full-Flynn Financial Ruin Move? For the same alleged crime of lying to the FBI.
Sussmann’s act was treasonous. Flynn was set up.
Well DC is about 98% Dem. I heard that one of the jurors told the judge he detests Trump. He’s on the jury.
