How do allow people whom will be out of the voting location to vote? I agree that mail ballots need to be reviewed and changes made to the process that will allow the mail ballots.

If you’re out of the voting location you should not be able to vote unless in the military. The date for voting is known months or years in advance. If people can’t arrange their schedule to vote that’s their problem.
Mass mail-in ballots are far different than the old-school absentee ballot. Back in the day, if I had to work my 24 hour shift on election day, or was traveling on business, I would have to go to the county building and sign my life away for the reason I can’t vote on election day. Then I could vote. It used to work just fine (except in Cook County).

The identity of the voter must be verified. Historically an affidavit was required. But then howbdo you verify the identity of the witness? And how can you ensure the secrecy of the vote in a mail-in ballot?
mail-in ballots will always destroy the integrity of an election
