Well, win or lose, Trump’s pick did flush out some Never Trumpers and Back Stabbers. Hopefully that will lead to new leadership in both house and senate next session. Trump is turning out to be the king maker here and I truly hope if he does nother further, that he succeeds in following through with this and flush out and help everyone get rid of these folks.

For the PA Senate race it looks like the GOP got about 120K more votes for all candidates than the RATS did for all of theirs.

This does strongly appear to have been the case. In retrospect, it appears that Trump may have concluded that it was, in fact, the case, and acted accordingly, including damning Barnette with faint praise to lessen the impact of her candidacy and allow the Trump-endorsed candidate Oz to squeak it out.

No one “splintered” the vote, neither OZ or MCCormick could seal the deal and the establishment pushed 2 dogs that don’t hunt on PA…
Barnette was pushed by anyone in the establishment to splinter any vote, this argument is absolute crap.
The GOP of PA was happy to have either OZ or MCCormick… some organized “splinter” strategy is silly.
Barnettes rise was purely from the fact she offered a conservative alternative to the moderate lane OZ and MCCormick were both offering, and a very significant part of the electorate wasn’t buying.
Now the GOP goes forward with one of two terrible choices….
Only thr biggest of red waves will care either of these guys across the finish line this fall… and if they win PA gets saddled with another establishment Democrat light to betray the state for a decade or more.
There was nothing contested on the state wide ticket for Dems.
Governors and Senate races were blowouts… the highly contested Senate and lesser part governors race drew more GoP voters out… add this to the GOP is party out of power and anger over 2020 GOP should have had much better turnout.

No red wave was going to carry Barnette across the finish line. She had 'disaster in November' written all over her.
Even if Oz/McCormick end up losing to John Fetterman, I feel at least it's now going to be a competitive race, one Democrats will have to spend millions of dollars and lots of resources to win, whereas Barnette would have been like Alan Keyes against Barack Obama in 2004, where it was such a lay-up the Democrats pulled out of the race and focused those resources on closer races in other states.
How do you figure MAGA got played. Trump endorsed OZ just because they are friends outside of politics, Trump is as clueless as always with his discernment of people. McCormick is a trans lover corrupted by years in the government (officer and government appointee) and a divorcee. OZ isn’t even a republican much less a conservative and Barnette is just as unelectable as trump was and Trump is too concerned with his ego to ever switch endorsements mid stream. Conclusion, there were no good choices in PA for Senate.
Bannon had a problem with Club For Growth’s support for Barnette. AFAIK he never truly endorsed one of the candidates out loud, but mentioned this one issue strongly re Barnette.
Carla Sands is better than any of the others, but she got no coverage.

McCormick’s wife is a the power player. Dina Habib Powell. Goldman Sachs..and she pulled in a lot of trump people who worked for him to support her husband. I thought he would win.

Did anyone notice how on election night we get to 95% of the vote counted quickly, but then it takes another week to count the remaining 5% of the vote so the right candidate can win?
I just got up and am disgusted that the count is still at 95%. That means the Mitch RINOs are working hard to produce enough cheat-by-mail-in ballots to put their boy over the line. They learned a lot from Democrats in 2020. The 2000 or so points Oz is ahead by is well within the cheat margin.
This race is now meaningless.
Even if the GOP win, PA and Conservatives lose.. Democrat light is not a win…
