Diversity, the integration of people with widely diverging cultures, colors, and persuasions, is not always good. Nor is diversity always the best idea for a group or nation that wants to cohere in its traditions and remain functionally intact. It has become a glib aphorism, almost received scripture that "diversity is our strength," but the reality does not bear that out, and I have seen no evidence that it is always true. Quite the contrary.
Sohrab Ahmari, the author of The Unbroken Thread, opines that when a population devoted to specific traditional ideals that emerge from their religious or ethnic heritage gets too diverse, that population fractures and loses cohesion. Introducing diverse foreign ideologies into a close-knit population can destroy it more easily than enhancing it. If a group of Mennonites or Amish, for example, were to encourage diversity of faith and practice, it would risk the disintegration of their unique culture.
The same is true of most Christian churches, ethnic groups such as Sons of Italy, Hasidic Jews, and groups like our armed forces. Such diversity of ideas would promote not cohesion and expansion, but fragmentation. As for a "diverse" military, if America cannot agree on a common idea in her defense — equality, freedom, and liberty for all — she cannot defend herself against a common enemy and is doomed. CRT (diversity by another name) among the military is a death sentence for our country: a general whose troops are divided along racial or cultural lines, which is what forced diversity brings, cannot fight a winning defensive war for America's survival with such fragmented troops. I am talking not about color, but about different ideas of what America should be about and why it should be defended.

Diversity is the fault line along which society shatters when stressed.
‘Diversity’ means looking at one for WHAT one is, not WHO one is.
Diversity as in a “melting pot” is an incubator for greatness.
Diversity as in a “tossed salad” is a recipe for failure.
“Diversity”, as currently envisioned, is an ideological method of balkanization for a society which is slated for destruction. In that sense, Diversity is never good.
From a business standpoint, if everyone at the table agrees 100% with everyone else at the table, then you don’t make good progress. In that situation, you do want some diversity where people brainstorm and toss ideas around. Fresh thinking is good. But that has NOTHING to do with men, women, black, white, homosexual, straight or anything else.
Diversity is bad. That’s why certain people push the idea: they are up to no good.
Diversity wouldn’t be so bad, if only the people who do the picking are the ones affected by the policies and thinking of the people selected. But no!!!, people such as Obama and Kamala and the idiots on ‘the squad’, have been making decisions that have damaged the whole country and all the people, including the republicans/conservatives who would never even think about election/selecting according to race/ethnicity/religion/gender.
Continuing with diversity as we’ve done, means continuing down the road of death for the country.
Diversity is division, something the Uniparty needs to keep us occupied so we don’t go against them.
Teddy Roosevelt had it right all along:
“In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American ... There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag ... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language, and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”
Diversity, in an of itself, is a normal situation in this country.
What we have lost is a normalized culture. It IS possible to celebrate an “Italian Christmas Eve” in one home and a “Polish “ one in the home next door. And the door next to them can celebrate Ramadan.
The issue is the country has turned everything into a contest: My religion is better than yours; My lack of a religion is best! And we do this in almost every aspect of our lives.
Honestly, the ONLY thing that is going to end this is an existential crisis. And not a fake one like COVId— but a threat to our collective lives. The result will be either the death of our nation—or a restructuring into something based on common experience.
Until then, all of this stuff is local. My neighbors keep the area clean. We help when a storm knocks down a tree on someone’s car. We give kids rides home from the bus stop when it’s raining.
I cannot change what happens in NYC. Or Arkansas. I can only impact what happens in my couple of acres on this earth.
However,a meritocracy is always good!
If you believe in UNITED WE STAND, ‘diversity’ is NEVER good. It pits tribe against tribe and divides the people.
Diversity in cars, color, food, clothing, movies, sports, etc. is good.
But diversity in culture is discord.
You can’t have peaceful coexistence with cultures with diametrically opposed beliefs and values.
Diversity is evil. Diversity is divisive and turns people against one another. It engenders hate. That is the very definition of evil!!
One of my favorite things to harp about. The great lie that diversity is always a good thing and the more of it the better for our nation state.
The left has used it to achieve much of their most spectacular (or destructive as I see it) movements:
Lax immigration control
Forced busing/integration
Nearly universal voting rights (some leftists are pushing for 16 now as legal)
Weak punishments on crime
Abandonment of age old western principles
I could go on…
This radical egalitarianism means nothing is truly right or better than anything else. Everything is shades of gray, everyone and anyone is inclusive.
Nihilism reigns.
I was accused of being racist because I had a group of all white friends. I had an intruder (of color) to the group (very persistent) that wanted to be included by I tried to deter him numerous times. My white friends were afraid of this said intruder. He looked different. He communicated differently. He was brazen. One day sure enough he broke into the group and became very violent. I ended up shooting the fox because he would have destroyed my chicken friends and I would not have any eggs. It was a bad day for diversity.
Diversity is another word for affirmative action
