This type of stupid promise — a refusal to support the sitting GOP leader in the Senate who has no challengers to his leadership post never seems to work for a candidate. It comes across as an act of desperation.

What is your point? McConnell’s gotta get voted in with each new term in Congress.
And we know what she thinks of Collins and Murkowski, Barnette wouldn’t be voting on a position for them.
