Biden will announce he has one next.
The budget proposal was updated from Jan. 10 when Newsom announced a $286.4 billion state budget with a $31 billion budget surplus.

Feb 28, 2021 - The California Pension system is way under water
and in dire need of reform. The state's unfunded pension and retirement liabilities approach $1 trillion, or roughly $80,000 for each taxpayer in the state.
If this is true then it is just validation of what was clear long ago. The democrat party HAS to go! Only the Pelosis and Newsomes of California will ever get that money and for free. Any regular californians will have to work for it. Bastards!

How much of this is federal money given the states...with the debt on US taxpayers?
A couple billion applied to Thorium nuke power plants. Another couple billion applied to water desalination and pumping. A couple billion to build some extra prisons.
A couple billion in tax refunds.

California the more tax money they bring in the more homeless people the have not many things change for the better in this state.
One of the if not the highest taxed state in the nation.
