Biden warns Dems inflation will ‘scare the living hell out of everybody

President Biden warned Democratic donors at a Chicago fundraiser late Wednesday that decades-high inflation will “scare the living hell out of everybody” as the party faces the prospect of big defeats in November’s midterm elections.
“We can’t let this happen, guys,” Biden said. “So, we have to — we have to — and it’s going to be hard. It’s going to be hard, because inflation is going to scare the living hell out of everybody.”
The president went on to suggest that his administration has done a poor job touting Democrats’ accomplishments to voters and vowed to be more vocal about making the party’s case in the future.

So Biden’s take on inflation is that its a problem because its going to scare people. And presumably those scared people will vote Republican. “Scare” implies an irrational or emotional response, not a level-headed conclusion that the Dems have, in fact, made a mess of things. Biden rallies the Dem operatives to stop the emotional voters from irrationally voting on fear of inflation. What a joke he is.

Obama would stand up there and be mad and frustrated by the mess he caused, as if he had nothing to do with it and was just as frustrated.
Biden is taking a run at this approach. But I don’t see this guy pulling it off, even with the media scribes all in.
