That movie had and still is having a huge impact.
Why hasn’t the “Deep State” planted illegal documents or child porn on the computers of DeSouza or the couple that got all of the mule data?
Anyone can file a Lawsuit for any reason.
A Lawsuit in and of itself isn’t proof of damages.
I can file a Lawsuit stating that you owe me a million dollars.
I can boast about it, post about it, and even have people help me spend the million I’m gonna win from you.
But until all court hearings and proceedings are done, it’s just a lawsuit making a claim.
The US has become a sh_thole criminal enterprise. People always wake up too late.

I’ve had the ‘impression’ that the FBI hides information it considers harmful to the left, loses information that could put a Democrat in jail, intentionally abuses its discretion in determining what has a “reasonable expectation of criminal intent” [wrt a Democrat’s very seeming criminality] and works overtime to entrap conservatives that they have determined are “homeland terrorists” without justification. They are evil crooks.

She claims her husband’s computer was hacked (attempted hacking) not taken or seized.

Could a Firewall that prevents the hacking read and save the files that were intended to be placed inside the targeted computer?
Because how does one know what a failed hack intended to do?

Absolutely. Something no talks about is that the content doesn’t even actually have to be physically in your files. A user can be deceptively lured into clicking a text line/URL that forwards to a porn source unintentionally. And once your browser “downloads and renders” that site it has now legally been “downloaded to your computer” whether you actually meant to or not. So just having that URL page load logged is enough to hang you even if nothing from the source has been intentionally downloaded to your files.

Explain how she knows they intended to do that.
I’m not saying she’s lying.
I’m trying to figure out how does one prevent a hack but knows where it came from and what it was going to place within the computer files.
Do I think other people get hacked? Sure I do.
But they either aren’t aware of the hack, or they prevent it, or they don’t announce it.
But if the FBI was going to place child porn into her husband’s computer, why hasn’t the FBI placed child porn into a dump load of people’s computers that are far more powerful and better known than Sharyl?
Sometimes when one’s star starts to dim, they need a power boost.

The first thing President Trump or De Santis should do after inauguration in 2025 is padlock the FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS and BATF. The threat they pose to our freedom outweighs any good they have ever accomplished.

I think that's really just an academic what-if thought, myself.
I do know that the FBI concocts evidence like the 'extemporaneous' 302s like James Comey did - in his car - supposedly after his meetings with President Trump - about classified information that he neither logged into security or kept secure in an appropriate container...... I also know that that they've 'lost' the computer laptop of Hunter's they were given to secure..... The FBI has gotten away with so much criminality in the past based SOLELY on their reputation of above-board integrity and 'fidelity.' Ha! Bullsh!t.... Put them together with another useless organization like the ATF and what do you get? Ruby Ridge.....Waco.....January 6.....
