I think you are right. Statewide elections in PA are won and lost in the suburbs of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The same simpering white suburban women who refused to support Barnette when she ran for Congress a couple of years ago will vote for Oz in 2022.
I listened to Dr. Oz talking in detail about his positions, and also the things Trump and others like, Ben Carson. I think the press and a lot of money is being spent to present Dr. Oz in a different way, AND MANY ON FR ARE BUYING IT.
The man is a good guy. If Trump supports him, then so do I.

Oz is a tactic, to disarm the collectivist media and take away their "right wing radical" line of attack. After all, "He was on TV!" - therefore those suburban female voters won't easily be convinced he is a villain. The Democrats will have to work harder to win against him.
At the Senate level, I think there is little hope of good governance no matter who wins any given race. The vast majority of these 100 representatives of DC to the states will always band together to advance the interests of their campaign contributors. If Oz will return the favor and support Trump in 2024, he's better than most.
