More States Are Starting to Require High School Students to Take Financial Literacy Courses (5.2.22)
In addition to Constitution, all financial literacy courses need to include the Supreme Court's clarification of Congress's limited power to appropriate taxes.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." βJustice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." βUnited States v. Butler, 1936.
Insights welcome.
Also, patriots are reminded that they must vote twice this election year. Your first vote is to primary career RINO incumbents. Your second vote is to replace outgoing Democrats and RINOs with Trump-endorsed patriot candidates.
Again, insights welcome.
