On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” Democratic strategist and CNN Contributor Paul Begala criticized proposals for President Joe Biden to forgive student loan debt by stating that “Democrats have gone from being the party of the factory floor to being the party of the faculty lounge.” And Democrats should “go back to their roots, which is, earn it.”

The forehead is right. But thankfully the Dems won’t listen to him and the Reps will take back the middle class in November. It will be a bloodbath which will make 2016 look like a normal election.

Well he’s right about this. Whatever votes the Dems may win by canceling student loan debt, they are likely to lose from those who paid off their loans. Will anybody ever pay off their student loans in the future, or just stall payments hoping for another debt jubilee? The moral hazard here is so obvious, I can’t believe they are even considering it.

I paid mine off.
Made it a priority and double and tripled the payments to get it off my back sooner.
We spend more on illegal aliens and give them $65,000 each and even say we should give them $4550,000, but I didn’t see this idiot remarking on that.
