Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr was adamant that the person who leaked a drafted opinion on abortion from the Supreme Court should be behind bars.
The leaked draft opinion in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which was published by Politico last week and later confirmed by Chief Justice John Roberts, revealed Justice Samuel Alito had written that the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling must be overruled to "return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives." Roberts noted that it did not, however, represent the current or final opinion of the court.
Barr called the leak a serious breach of the judicial process that demands just as serious consequences.

Well, if Barr had stopped The Steal, then none of this crap would be happening regarding the Supreme Court, as any chance of the Democrats getting back control of the court would have been hopeless.
Actions (and inactions, in this case) have CONSEQUENCES. Don’t like The Supremes being attacked, then FOLLOW THE LAW, Mr. Barr - don’t later complain about the results of your inaction.
He’s not appaled. He’s insincere.
Where the Hell is Roberts? SCOTUS owes an explanation, now. Stand before cameras and answer questions.
Pull this shit on the country then act like you’re the offended party.

Thomas, one of the most conservative justices on the nine-member court, made only a few passing references to the protests over the leaked draft opinion as he spoke at a judicial conference in Atlanta.
As a society, “we are becoming addicted to wanting particular outcomes, not living with the outcomes we don’t like!” Thomas said.
“We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the outcomes you want. The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.”

Wait a minute. This has changed. Didn’t Roberts say “it was authentic but not final”? That is completely different than Roberts saying it DOES NOT represent the current and final opinion. It is a subtle but huge difference. The quote in this would mean that no, RVW will not be overturned. So now the story has changed? Does FNC know a judge has been turned?
Bill Barr enabled all of this.
