Everyone has known for a couple years that this would likely be overturned....simply because it is a matter for the States.

Just look at the index of the opinion. It has the laws of 37 states in the 1800s stating that abortion is a crime.

By 1900, ALL STATES had laws making abortion a crime.

And that's where Roe v Wade...went wrong. They did not acknowledge the precedence set by the states and that it has no place in the USSC. It's a State Matter and always has been.
