ATLANTA — Atlanta police said a man is dead after he was shot by a police officer inside a Buckhead restaurant.
Atlanta police were called out the scene along Lenox Road around 3 p.m.
Police and witnesses described the incident to Channel 2 investigative reporter Justin Gray as an extended struggle over the police officer’s gun.

Or complained vociferously about the quality of his food, drawing complaints from every demographic in the restaurant, resulting in- “Shots fired! Shots fired”!

It used to be. I stayed in a hotel on Lenox Road in Buckhead last weekend for a college reunion. I had not been to Atlanta in decades. "Diversity" has largely ruined Buckhead (as it does most things).
Sad. Been many years since I was in Atlanta. Is there even one decent city left in the US?

Didn’t need to import to pick cotton.
Most black Americans’ ancestors were brought here before American-grown cotton became a major cash crop. Slavery looked to be dying out naturally for economic reasons as much as moral ones, before the invention of the cotton gin, which changed everything.
Appreciate the history fact.
