What is the efficacy coming from? And why are there 51k general disorder cases in table 2 but only 42k cases, period, in table 1?

Is that efficacy regarding virus prevention or efficacy of death and disability infliction?
12% effective in preventing covid-1984, or 12% effective in causing death?
2.9% FATAL
As opposed to the death rate from Covid-19 being 0.4%
Therefore, we can conclude that the vaccine has a death rate at 7.25 TIMES the death rate of actually catching covid-19.
