If they are running someone will spot them.
If they are not spotted soon they are hunkered down, probably with friends or family. A reasonable reward ($150,000) will make the phone ring. The cops are acting like this is their money.

These things typically take more than a year to set up. So she’s made all kinds of plans with him. He has no interest in someone 15-20 years older than him, so she has to go. But since she knows all the plans, or at least some of them, she will be killed. When you’re already looking at life or the death penalty, what’s one more murder?
