Chief Justice John Roberts launches investigation into REAL Roe v. Wade leak and insists it is NOT the Supreme Court's final decision

Chief Justice John Roberts confirmed the authenticity of the leaked draft opinion indicating the Supreme Court would upend Roe v. Wade as he announced an investigation into the source of the 'betrayal.'

'To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed. The work of the Court will not be affected in any way,' Roberts wrote in a Tuesday morning statement.

'We at the Court are blessed to have a workforce - permanent employees and law clerks alike - intensely loyal to the institution and dedicated to the rule of law. Court employees have an exemplary and important tradition of respecting the confidentiality of the judicial process and upholding the trust of the Court. This was a singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here.'

'I have directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak,' Roberts added.

Roberts said that though the document was authentic, it does not represent the 'final decision' of any members of the court.

I have posted for years, Chief traitor Roberts will NOT have RvW overturned under HIS court. Roberts is the lone vote in the draft, it is 5-3 with Roberts upholding the MS law but not overturning Roe. As always, kicking the can down the street until he can retire. Roberts has to act mad, he wanted this leaked to build strife to get one of the 5 to flip, like he did with the Obamacare decision.

Threre is no such thing as a leak. A justice had to authorize the release using a digital access card and passphase or PIN. There is an incontrovertible audit trail. Fidiots.
