If he’s convinced, he should try to pass it through congress.

Otherwise it’s up to the states.

federally guaranteed abortion is not legal when it violates the 10th & 11th Amendments to the Constitution. Harry Blackmun was an evil man.

If they were honest they would say “a woman’s right to legally murder a person”

I had the thought today, that, as in many immoral acts and crimes, abortion is getting rid of the inconvenient and innocent witness.

Consider.

Leaked o dark thirty.

Within

minutes

fence went up around s.c. building.
( as if someone knew leak was coming ? )

Protesters show up at o dark thirty with professional made signs
( as if protesters knew leak was coming and already had signs made ?)

Yesterday court installed brand new Marshal for s.c. security

( as if a politically reliable marshal was going to be needed ?)

White House has detailed statement ready to roll

( as if TalyBiden knew leak was coming ?)

KJB , who has no position on natural rights , is in the batters box

waiting to replace a right or left s.c. judge.

Who always pulls shiftycrap at I dark thirty ?

Basic fairness for selfish slobs who want to aviod any responibility and the hell with the little ones who are fighging for a chance at life seems like the mindset of a slob like Joe Biden.

Good point. Had the congress voted a law to incorporate Roe v. Wade then we would have been screwed.

Activist judges issuing precedence’s seemingly with the force of law should be put in a period of abyance until our congress and senate can make the law as handed down by the courts. If the courts are not validated by the lawmakers themselves then it is or should be moot.

#2: "This man is excommunicated ipso facto"

Maybe so. But it would be a teaching moment if one of the gutless bishops excommunicated Biden loud and clear for all to hear, so as to underline the fact. Each bishop finds a way to shirk his duty. They want to be "nice" and "liked".

It is not complicated. One need only ask what would St. Paul do? What would St.Peter do?

And don’t forget—men also have a few choices (not as many unfortunately): keep their zippers zipped, use condoms, only sleep with their wives, and get vasectomies.

Hopefully one day men will have more birth control options. I think a pill is in development. The human race might disappear after that but that’s another issue—abortion will be the least of our problems at that point.

I’m interested to know which of FJB’s handlers thought this up.

Note the communication was done via, “a written statement released by the White House.” Biden’s handlers have figured out a way to avoid possible gaffes. I seriously doubt Biden even saw the statement other than to sign it.

And of course not one word of outrage at the unprecedented leaking from SCOTUS. Joey is such a leader.

Try convincing the unborn children that their being aborted is just basic fairness.

Oh wait, they can't speak for themselves. And they don't vote. And they can't defend themselves. So much for the Democrats caring about the most vulnerable.

“Fair” to people who want to have sex with no responsibility for the children they may create. They want the taxpayer to pay for them; or at least to “legally” murder them.

"In 1900...ALL THE STATES deemed abortion as illegal. That is precedence and a State matter. It never should have gotten to the USSC. Read the opinion."

The word is precedent, and that's not how it works.

"It overturned state’s laws going back to the 1820’s. The various States had laws that were precedent at that time."

State laws are not binding precedent on federal questions. Likewise, recent Supreme Court rulings overruled various state laws impacting gun ownership. That's how it works.

That is my point. The feds overruled the states’ precedent laws. Now we are going back to the states deciding again.
