If the leaked Supreme Court opinion is accurate, and stands as written (or with minor changes), it will be a MAJOR victory for conservatism.
The RULING OLIGARCHY has vociferously worked to deny ANY conservative victories. They will bend over backwards to deny conservative victories.
But we got one past the goalie. We elected Donald Trump, and as a result, got THREE Supreme Court justices.
As conservatives, we had to see Sandra Day O'Connor (Reagan appointee), Anthony Kennedy (Reagan appointee) and David Souter (Bush appointee) basically affirm Roe vs Wade in the 1992 Casey decision.
As conservatives, we had to see George W. Bush try to appoint Harriet Miers to replace Sandra Day O'Connor, whose appointment we stopped and instead got Samuel Alito (who was the lone dissenter in the 3rd Circuit decision that led to Casey).
As Conservatives, we saw Bush-appointed John Roberts join with the liberal justices on case after case.
Abortion is the Blessed Sacrament of the left, and if this opinion leak becomes reality, they will have received a defeat of EPIC proportions.
Major victory for God and babies.
I wonder how long it will take Liberals to realize that a decision to overturn Roe v Wade does not actually wave a magic wand and instantly make abortion illegal all across the country.
This is the payday for the base who ignored the pundits and elected President Trump in 2016. neocons and bush-leaguers are sad. So are the lefties, but I repeat myself.
Deep State has NO intention of overturning Roe.

There is one bit of good news, though.
If Deep State is desperate enough to try this, there is still hope we can get our republic back.
Don’t fool yourself. This is a carefully orchestrated “leak”. Intended to take our eyes off the ball. The backlash from the left is going to be ugly and violent.
Time to review your personal security plan.
I know many of us are single issue voters. And if this is true it will be a win for us. But please keep your eye on the ball and that is the existence of the Constitution and the country.

The court wholesale made law in 1973 and usurped the legislative process and authority in what was without question the worst decision since Dred Scott..
It was unconstitutional on every level, held absolutely no merit legally, and it’s beyond shameful that this stayed in place for nearly half a century.

impeachment hearings will be rolled out before this is allowed. 100% guaranteed that not only will the Clarence Thomas impeachment proceed, but now Kavanaugh will be added, and so will Alito since his opinion features so prominently. Its too late to pack the court to “fix” this.
If i were on the court there would be a lot of yelling going on today. there would be an investigation into who released this draft and I would be 100% certain to make sure they are not given any sort of law degree or license to practice law. I would also make sure the entire thing was public so that the person was blackballed in society. A google search would result in John Smith Betrays Supreme Court” or “John Smith breaks non disclosure illegally” or some such damning result.

All that overturning Roe will do, is give jurisdiction back to the states.
Some red states will restrict it to first trimester, or ban it entirely.
Blue states will allow it into the 9th month.
This just shifts things to 50 state legislatures.
It won’t happen.
Purpose: get brainwashed whores to vote D.
