Donald Trump dropped a big hint that he is preparing to run for president again in 2024 during a ‘Save America’ rally in Greenwood, Nebraska.
Trump appeared at the event, which was attended by thousands of his supporters, to publicly endorse gubernatorial candidate Charles Herbster.
The former president showed off his iconic dance moves to ‘Hold On, I’m Comin’ by Sam & Dave, a performance that many of his supporters took as confirmation that he will throw his hat in the ring once again.

Trump has been indicating for well over a year that he will run again in 2024.
During an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show in April 2021, Trump said, “I am looking at it very seriously, beyond seriously.”
Back in February, Trump teased a “triumphant return to the White House” for a Republican president in 2024.
A poll conducted last December found that Trump is more admired than Pope Francis or Joe Biden.
Last month, we highlighted the comments of Marie Yovanovitch, the former US Ambassador to Ukraine, who admitted during an interview that Trump being in office would have prevented the invasion of Ukraine.

Trump needs to bring in more blacks and Latinos to his side. Unfortunately they are tough to get because of union loyalty to the Dems. If he does that he’s in. Perhaps, but he will have a lot more work to do in Florida, he will need to finish his 2nd term. He should run in ‘28 after Trump.
Let’s see:
1) He’s making a ton of regular public appearances... at which he’s..
2) Raising money through donations, and
3) Collecting political IOU’s through endorsements.
All points to the likelihood of him running in 2024. If he were merely “keeping his options open” I think he’d be golfing more.
Yep, maximum viability up to the 2022 elections. I think with the utter catastrophic issues Americans will be confronting in 2023, he's a lock.
Well, generally, official announcements of presidential candidates come after the mid term elections.
I’ve heard that there are some legal reasons why they tend to delay official announcements. I don’t know what those reasons are, but have heard there are such reasons to delay becoming an official candidate.
Trump will run if the Republicans gain control of the House and Senate. If the Dems maintain control after November, Trump won’t waste his time.

By that standard Trump has been dropping hints at every rally for months now. He’s going to run again.
Which ones?
If Trump is smart he will troll the bastards to the edge of 2024, then hand off the torch to DeSantis.
Not CA, not NY, Not MA, not CT, not Delaware, Not NJ, not Oregon, not Washington state, not VT.

It’s far too early to make that claim - two and a half years out.
Think back to spring of 2014 - what did we know at that point about who would be the best candidate for 2016? Nada.
A year later Trump announced.
He started attracting huge crowds.
He started picking fights with the fake news.
He said all the right things.
He beat all his rivals in the polls.
He beat them in the primaries.
He beat them in the debates.
It took all of that winning to stake his claim as the best candidate for 2016.
DeSantis may turn out to be the best candidate for 2024 as you say - but it is far, far too soon to make that claim.
