Fox News host Mark Levin went on a blistering tirade against the Democrat Party for their "war against Donald Trump" on his Sunday show.
The "Life, Liberty & Levin" host made the case that Democrats in Congress had abused their powers and colluded with the media to take down the former president because they view him as a potential 2024 threat.
He listed three Democrat-elected prosecutors who had targeted the Trump Organization for purely political motives, before he laid into the "so-called January 6 Committee" as a "Stalinist" "farce."
"[It's] nothing more than a front politburo type committee set up by Nancy Pelosi loaded with the most radical leftist Democrats you can imagine and two of the worst never-Trumper reprobates that you can imagine. There’s not a single lawyer on that committee’s staff, not a single representative on the committee’s staff to raise any objections to what that committee is doing. It is very Stalinist in its makeup," he said.
Levin also called the committee a "farce" that was "violating the Constitution," because it was beyond Congress’s power to conduct criminal investigations.
"Congress has two responsibilities… one, to legislate, two, to appropriate. They have no authority whatsoever to conduct ‘criminal investigations.’ That's a separation of powers issue. That's what the executive branch does," he said. "The whole thing is a horrific set-up. It’s absolutely un-American."
The conservative radio host also slammed the "corrupt, unethical" media for "colluding" with Democrats in their political schemes.
Levin referenced the leaked audio tapes of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., condemning President Trump after the Jan. 6 riot.
"Wouldn’t you be interested in knowing the extent to which The New York Times and The Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC and all the rest of the corrupt news platforms have been colluding with this committee…

As Mark and Ted trashed Trump up until six weeks before the
general election in 2016, Hillary was benefiting from their
nonsensical statements, or for simply refusing to back
Trump in a timely manner.
Little did Mark realize, while he was refusing to back Trump,
Hillary was devising and implementing a plan that would come
as close to an American coup in this nation’s history.
Now he’s found that they are waging a war against Trump.

Many Freepers, ncluding myself were not backing Trump early on. When we got to know him, it became a different story. So, you backed Trump from the time he came down the escalator? Right. Mark is a freedom fighter. Stop eating your own.

He has 3 shows defending Trump. And has been writing books defending Trump.
His wife is out there fighting for him in election lawsuits in Pennsylvania and won.

If we want to get technical this website was mocking Trump in 2011 when Trump was thinking about running. He could have beaten Obama. Levins probably been more effective at helping and supporting trump
Than doughty one.
I don’t care for Obama on any level. I am not convinced he’s
a citizen. He was a race baiter. He set back race relations
by decades. Thankfully, he over played his hand and Trump
was able to make headway, helping to repair some of the
damage.
Still, there are pockets of racial hatred that are evidenced
by the rioting, looting, killings, and arson that took place
under Trump.
Now we have Biden destroying the nation, and once again I
believe it is truly Obama in the background pulling his
strings.
We got to see how terribly destructive Hillary was from
2016 on. She’s only now having to start sweating, after
taking action that nearly destroyed Trump’s presidency.
She was working on a coup, and I suspect she was hip
deep in the election steal of 2020. She made two
attempts to remove Trump as president, and one was
actually successful.
So yes, I am very angry at anyone who in any way aided
that woman to do what she has done.
Has Mark’s actions made up for her five year stint of being
at war with Trump? Please tell me what major thing he has
pulled off that matches and reverses what she did over
that period of time.
Trump barely made it into the White House. I would be
curious to know how many people Levin turned off so
completely that they took a pass on voting for Trump.
He went for Trump’s throat from 2015 to after the
Democrat Convention in 2016.
The things he said were incredibly negative, and he
didn’t leave anything out. I’ve left Cruz out of this,
pretty much, but he even refused to endorse Trump at
the Convention.
These two very nearly cost us a Hillary Clinton term
in office. It was that close.
Purity? No, I just expect people to pull their head out long
enough to realize who it is who wins, if he costs Trump more
votes in the stretch.
Yep, after Trump won by the thinnest of margins, Levin was
quite the guy having to rehab himself so his career wouldn’t
be over.
I didn’t have to.
Now it’s you.
You’re hurting Trump now and his supporters with your negativity.
I suggest you just stay out of all Mark Levin threads.

There were a few of us who backed Trump the day he came down the escalator, but there were many “non believers” and Levin was one of them.
But he came around.
It’s wrong to judge the man from how he felt about Trump in the beginning.
He and others, like Glenn Beck, who was steadfastly against Trump from the beginning and right thru the election, eventually became ardent supporters.
Levin is one of the good guys...and he articulates the issues and the problems.
