Biden said, "For four years, I was a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania."
Biden served as a "professor of the practice" at the University of Pennsylvania. However, the duration of his position was closer to two years, since he was on unpaid leave while running for president. His duties of his particular professorship did not include the same degree of teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities that some would associate with someone holding a position as "full professor."
We rate the statement Half True.

I’d rate it as 1/4 true and that is being very very generous. In reality it is simply not true and should be rated as false.

Both the duration and the title are completely false and not half true.
They need to check the math. He was less than a full professor (call it half) and he held the position for about 1/2 the time he said.
1/2 x 1/2 = 1/4.
I generously rate it 1/4 true. If anyone objects, I would be happy to recalculate to zero after pointing out that he was never a full professor.
