Officials in San Francisco voted to approve a mask mandate on Thursday for people using its public transportation system.
The Bay Area Rapid Transit Board of Directors approved the mask mandate during a board of directors meeting, and it comes just over a week after a federal judge tossed out the national mask mandate for public transportation that was implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Fox affiliate KTVU in San Francisco.

To be fair, the masks may reduce the amount of stench you have to endure.
So there’s that.

Notice they would NEVER put this to a public vote because they know it would lose
I doubt that a an administrative appointed “Board of Directors’” vote carries the force of law.
And?

“If you can smell my f@rt
Your mask ain’t doin’ zhit”
San Francisco. For whatever reason, a lot of Asians like to wear masks (I don't know why), and there are a lot of Americans of Asian descent in San Francisco. And, of course, Leftists wear the mask as a religious talisman - to show that they are a member of the Leftist tribe. And, also of course, there are many Leftists in San Francisco ... so, it would lose the public vote in most places - but I doubt it would lose in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I resumed riding BART once a week 3 weeks ago. I was shocked that even after the mandate was lifted everyone still wore a mask. Except me. Different than what’s been happening on airplanes. I intend to continue my masklessness while seated next to masked druggies sleeping and stoned. There is no public health agency directing me to mask and a federal judge ruled it unconstitutional to mask on public transit. Next up: the dentists and doctors and hospitals. When can masking be optional there?
Sheesh. Don’t wear a mask and dare anyone to say anything.
You just contradicted yourself. If everyone in SanFran wears masks then why have a mandate?
