Oh yeeeesssss! Let’s outlaw menthol cigs...they’ve just said that black are the main customers. Oh goody, let’s give young black males more rules/laws to break!! Let’s make up some dumb-ass reasons to put even more of them in jail...where they will no doubt perfect their burgeoning law-breaking skills, so they can graduate to felony/prison sentences.
