I just pointed out that anyone who thinks the good citizen has zero to fear from the police is not paying attention.
The police are just part of another government bureaucracy and bureaucracy will chew you up and spit you out if you go in thinking that all you have to do is be polite and honest and it will all turn out well.
Child protective services is another government bureaucracy that will do the same for even less reason and even more casually.

TRIPLY so in CA; OMG if you met the people who work these orgs — make your busy-body obese harridan of an HOA Chair look like a f’n Good Samaritan. These people are NEVER, EVER wrong; it’s ALWAYS you that’s the problem.
