No need to go back 250 years — 70 years will do the trick. That list does not include the number of clandestine regime changes like Ukraine, Pakistan, and a whole host of others.

I'm not even sure why Korea is on the list. It's certainly a success story today.
In Vietnam we simply applied the same techniques used against Germany and Japan 20 years earlier. Apparently killing Communists in the same manner suddenly became a war crime.
Libya was a sideshow where the Brits and French took the lead and, again, the locals massacred each other.
I do actually give the Russians some slack: if you assault a city, some civilians are going to be killed as collateral damage, especially by artillery. But the Russian use of artillery seems deliberately indiscriminate, and there's no excuse for those tied up and executed, not to mention the raping and looting.

2. Anger. He deigns anger and complains that we are always accusing Russia of things like Katyn etc.
3. Deflection. He then equivocated, saying “hey the USA did similar in iraq, Vietnam, etc”
4. Depression. He runs out of lies and asks why we are picking in him with facts.
5. Acceptance. Much later he laughs in your face and says he did it and you couldn’t do anything about it.
