A New York judge held former president Donald Trump in contempt on Monday over his lack of response to a subpoena from the state's attorney general, and ordered him to pay $10,000 a day in fines until he complies.
...Trump has been fighting the attorney general's subpoena, and his company, the Trump Organization, has repeatedly said it was complying with various orders to turn over materials.

Arthur F. Engoron is a judge of the Supreme Court 1st Judicial District in New York. He ran unopposed in the general election on November 3, 2015. Engoron was previously a judge on the New York City Civil Court from 2003 to 2015. He was also an acting justice of the Supreme Court 1st Judicial District from 2013 to 2015.
The 1st District of the New York Supreme Court is one of thirteen judicial districts in the state of New York. The district is located in Manhattan and is one of the five judicial districts that make up New York City.
So, the stooge-judge is a Democrat, hands-down.

every crime now has become a political crime, in one way or another, as if we lived in a Stalinist state.
Look a the prosecution of Derek Chauvin. Look at the Kafkaesque show trials for Jan 6 demonstrators. Look at the selective "legal" attempts on President Trump. Anyone with half a wit in his brain can see that these are political crimes, not crimes under common law. These are vindictive prosecutions. Justice has been hijacked in contemporary America.
