Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin will visit his war-torn country on Sunday.

Austin's visit was announced before Blinken's tag-along, I think. Austin is also scheduled to meet with about 40 foreign defense officials in Berlin in a few days to talk about coordinating military assistance to Ukraine.
If you recall, Blinken's fat mouth seemed to indicate that State was in charge at the start of the war. Now it looks like DOD is in charge. Remember we have no real President, so actual policy is being run by the fiefdoms carved out when the puppet Biden was installed. Looks like power has now shifted from State to DOD.
